About Integrative Health Matters and Our Community:

Integrative Health Matters is well-established, private, physician-owned functional medicine clinic located in the beautiful East Texas city of Tyler. The Vision of Integrative Health Matters is to lead with love, treat patients like guests in our home, and provide superior science-based care through listening and partnering with patients to cultivate health and well-being. Integrative offers a variety of services including functional medicine consults with personalized treatment plans, IV therapy, bioidentical hormone replacement therapy, health coaching, sexual rejuvenation services and more.

Position Details:

• Employee provider
• Monday-Friday
• 10-15 patients per day on average
• Direct functional/integrative medicine patient consultations
• Strong clinical collaborative team— meets regularly.
• Consults on lab, diet, lifestyle, food supplements, nutraceuticals.
• Bioidentical hormone pellet therapy and PRP therapy
• Strong provider support staff
• Live, personal scribe provided for the entire workday.
• Beautiful clinic/office setting
• Quality of life- no nights/weekends, on-call
• PTO, Professional development assistance, relocation assistance

Requirements:

• Must hold or willing to obtain Texas License (MD or DO)
• Functional/integrative medicine interest/willingness to learn. Experience preferred
